KOMBI-BIT KOMBI-BITS have been designed for drilling, tapping and deburring in One Operation. KOMBI-BIT is suitable for universal use in materials of medium mechanical strength, non ferrous metals and thermoplastics. (up to 600N/mm2 tensile strength, mild steel). It is possible with this tool to produce through threads in material with a thickness up to the nominal thread diameter. (For example, M5 KOMBI-BIT will drill, tap and debur material up to 5mm thick). They are especially useful for mounting and small batch production. Take care that the tool and the axis hole are exactly aligned and use a suitable cutting oil. Each Kit includes an extension bit holder.
